Our Theory of Change is: improved learning outcomes are to be achieved with reference to rigorous research, and through working collaboratively and inclusively in partnership with a large group of international and interdisciplinary stakeholders seeking to achieve aligned goals. The research draws on innovative, interdisciplinary approaches, including implementation science, design-based implementation research, and adaptive methodologies.
